Refund & Return Policies:
Returns--------- Items may be returned in their un-used state to the above address for store credit or for exchanges. Special Discount Promotions will not be applied after the order has been placed.
Exchanges---------- If the exchange is due to order error on behalf of palmettotreasures.com, our customer's replacement order will be shipped to them at no charge. If the exchange is due to order error on behalf of our customer, or the customer wishes to exchange the item, the customer must include a money order for $5.00 with their return for shipping and handling in order to receive their exchange.
